- Try to get most of your calories every day from alcohol. This will replace your meals and ensure that you develop nutritional deficiencies. It will be this that will give your liver a good pounding.

- Try to stay alive long enough to develop alcohol liver disease. This can be difficult because excessive alcohol use damages almost every organ in the body and puts you more at risk of accidents and violence.
